Bhavana graduated from Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies, Bengaluru in 2012. She has specialised in Business Laws, receiving her LLM from Kuvempu University in 2019. She is currently serving as a panel advocate for BESCOM and State Bank of India. Her journey with the firm started as an “Intern” back in 2009, slowly climbing the ladder to the position of a Junior Associate in early 2012, an “Associate” in 2013 and currently is designated “Partner” in the firm.
She has immense interest in empowering women by educating and equipping them with legal knowledge through seminars and trainings. She contributes her valuable time by sharing her experience and legal knowledge in many organizations. Her philanthropic interest has been beneficial to many through non-profit legal counselling and consultation. When not working, she enjoys travelling on a bicycle or a motor bike and farming.
Aparna N holds her B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law, Hyderabad in 2016 with two gold medals in arbitration and ethics. She completed her LL.M in International Disputes Settlement (MIDS) a joint programme of the Faculty of Law, University of Geneva-Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva in 2023 where she was ranked 4 th in her cohort. She has earlier worked with the Employment Law Team, Trilegal Bengaluru as an Associate (2016-17), the litigation team at GKM Associates, Bengaluru as a Senior Associate (2017-2022) and at the University of Geneva as a Research Assistant (2023-2024). She has authored several articles on topical issues in dispute resolution. Her areas of interest include property laws and commercial laws, arbitration and international dispute resolution. In her free time, she enjoys singing, dancing, reading and travelling.

Kiran Ganganagaiah completed his Mechanical Engineering from BMSIT Engineering College (affiliated with VTU) in June 2008. He began his professional journey as a Site Engineer at Gopala Gowda Constructions and Developers, Bangalore. Over the years, he expanded his expertise through diverse roles, including Supplier Quality Engineer for GM at Xerox ACS India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore; Works Manager at CNC Automotive Pvt Ltd, Bangalore; and Service Manager at Mudra Enterprises, Bangalore.
With over two decades of extensive experience spanning multiple business process transitions, operations, and technology, Kiran’s career reflects his passion for business management and operational excellence. His dedication has driven him towards roles focused on administration and process streamlining. Renowned for his excellent communication and analytical skills, Kiran combines these with robust technical expertise to develop and implement effective process reengineering strategies. He has also played a significant role in establishing standard operating procedures and incorporating control mechanisms to ensure seamless process continuity.
Currently, Kiran serves as the Consulting Partner at GKM Associates, where he oversees the firm's administrative and technical operations, as well as compliance requirements. He has been an integral part of GKM Associates since December 2022.
Vani has completed B.Com from Lal Bahadur Arts, Science & S.B.Solabanna Shetty Commerce College in 1990. She has been part of GKM Associates from April 2018.
Nandhini A graduated with a BBA.LLB from KLE Society’s Law College, Bengaluru (affiliated to Karnataka State Law University), securing 9th rank in the 2023 cohort. She subsequently completed her Master of Laws (LLM) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru in 2025. Mithun Gowda H S is a dedicated and results-driven legal professional with hands-on experience in Criminal, Civil, and Commercial litigation.
